Zinc Plating
Zinc is a bluish-white, lustrous metal which is hard, crystalline & brittle. The metal is electronegative to iron and gives excellent corrosion resistance, particularly to industrial & urban environments. One of its primary uses is in the alloy form for “zinc base diecasting” which are of importance in the metal finishing trade.
The NCZ process is a unique technology. Unlike other zinc processes, this new process displays special properties resulting in increased benefits to the user. Besides producing exceptionally bright, level zinc deposits from rack and barrel plating operations. The process is designed to replace cyanide zinc deposit. Waste treatment is greatly simplified and requires only a simple pH adjustment to precipitate zinc metal. NCZ process is a new and different development in alkaline, non-cyanide zinc plating.
